  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

EdgeCloth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For sizing changes or different products, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
